Educational Outreach Support

When our musicians and dancers are not performing onstage, many are out in the community sharing their talents with more than 15,000 children throughout our community. Our Community Music Lessons program offers lessons to our area youth at no charge to them. We have dance and instrument programming at all eight Boys & Girls Clubs, and our Adaptive Dance program is designed for youth with Down Syndrome and on the autism spectrum. Our Young People’s Concerts draw students from schools in more than 5 counties in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. For many children, these opportunities are their very first exposure to the performing arts.
