Recorder

Whether you are looking for a fun and rewarding way to introduce your child to music, an adult looking to reconnect with music, or a seasoned expert, the recorder is an excellent instrument for everyone.

Mr. Dyer offers flexible lesson options to suit every skill level. Lessons are available for students age 6+.

For children aged 6-8, we recommend starting with the flutophone before transitioning to the recorder. The flutophone offers a gentler sound and a simpler fingering system, making it ideal for young beginners as they build confidence and basic skills.

You may register for lessons at any time and tuition will be prorated based on the number of lessons scheduled. The cost per lesson is as follows: 30-minute lesson=$25, 45-minute lesson=$37.50, 60-minute lesson=$50.
